About the Club

Central Mass Club Lacrosse offers a year-round lacrosse program for girls primarily living in the Central Mass area, seeking a very competitive learning and playing experience. Central Mass competes in local and regional tournaments that include the most competitive programs in the country. Therefore, a sincere commitment to lacrosse is required.

The Central Mass coaching staff is dedicated to providing each player in the program with a significant level of personal attention, thereby raising their level of lacrosse skills, knowledge of the game and sense of teamwork.

The program is very comprehensive and places a high priority on stick work and defensive fundamentals, and incorporates a Strength & Conditioning Program specifically designed for female athletes. The Program focuses on core strength, ACL injury prevention and foot speed.

Those players interested in playing at the college level receive direction and guidance from Stephanie Ridolfi, our Gold Team Coach and the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Holy Cross College.

Lax For The Cure!

The Central Mass Club Lacrosse High School Teams and coaches will conduct a Free Lacrosse clinic for girls in Grades 5-8 on Sunday, March 28th at Team Works in Northborough. The clinic is offered to support the Club’s participation in the Lax for the Cure Tournament on July 10-11,2010 Each team that participates in this tournament are asked to raise $1500 with all proceeds benefiting the Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer Research.

The only 'fee' associated with this clinic will be the opportunity to purchase Lax for the Cure bracelets. All proceeds from the sale of the bracelets will be donated to the Lax for the Cure Tournament.

Given the field size limitations, the clinic is offered to the first 40 girls who register. We hope you will join us on March 28th to learn some lacrosse and to support CMass’ participation in the Lax for the Cure Tournament!
